Following a water leak detection the NOWA 360 system automatically closes the valve. To open the valve after water leaks, make sure to dry the sensors. After you dried the sensors you'll be able to press the 'Reset' button and then the "Open valve" button to open the valve. If the valve does not open it means that the sensors have not been properly dried or that your system is in a problematic mode (accumulation of errors)

Quick reminder :
Sensor X in alarm = the sensor that detected the water leak
Sensor X is not ready = the sensor is still sensing water
